One house. Three doors.

Who are we shopping for?

About us

Two species.
One lease.
Zero rent.

Petty Roommates is a small shop for homes where the cat, the dog, or both are clearly in charge. We look for useful everyday things that fix the little daily problems: fur on the couch, the leash by the door, the armrest that's now a scratching post. Then we ship them in a box the roommates will probably sit in.

  1. 01

    Useful first. Funny second.

Everything we stock has to solve a real, small, daily problem. The jokes are free.

  2. 02

Cats and dogs get equal billing.

One shop with three doors: cat, dog and both.

  3. 03

We say what a thing is.

No miracle claims, no fake reviews, no countdown clocks. Just a plain description and a photo of the real thing.

  4. 04

Every order gets the sticker treatment.

A kraft box, our sticker and a note from the roommates.

The couch

The armrest is under new management.

Your sofa has a new tenant, and they've started renovating. We're putting together a couch kit to help you negotiate a truce.

Now sampling: scratch mats for sofa arms, clear furniture film, and a wand toy so they have somewhere else to aim.

The front door

Another walk has been requested.

They know exactly where the leash lives. We're building a walk kit for homes with one dog, two dogs, or one dog with the energy of two.

Now sampling: a double leash for walking two dogs at once, a clip for used bags, and a bag holder for the leash.

The floors

Home improvements were made.

Fur on the throw, paw prints on the rug, and nobody's admitting anything. We're testing the everyday cleanup tools people actually reach for.

Now sampling: a grooming set, a reusable fur-removal brush, and a paw washer cup for the door.

The nap schedule

A demanding day. Followed by a nap.

They sleep a lot, and they expect the good spot. Cozy things will come after launch, once we've found ones worth sending.

Coming later: soft things for the good spot. We'll show you when we've tested them.

Featured tenants

The tenants have files.

Every home has a cast. This is ours. When the shop opens, every hero product gets a tenant file of its own.

The unboxing

Every order gets the sticker treatment.

A plain kraft box, our logo sticker on the lid, and a thank-you note written from the roommates' point of view. They won't say thank you themselves, so we do it for them.
